Even hard-core carnivores will be impressed with offerings such as classic beef burgers with the lot, crumbed chicken and pulled pork sliders at Australia’s first gourmet plant-based burger joint.
If in doubt, go for the “Classic Cheeseburger”. With a sizzling patty and melting slice of “Cheddar”, it looks like a cheeseburger, and tastes like a cheeseburger, but by some crazy feat of science and/or magic it’s completely free of meat and animal products.
Be sure to leave room for a “milk” shake, made with fresh coconut ice cream.
