I just realized that I never said a 'Big THANK YOU' for Charlie's Baptism cake and cupcakes. Each time cakes come up I think of you. I was looking for a cake idea for my 70th birthday party on the Central Coast. (Yes it's tough when you have to organise your own) Saw the alphabet cupcakes and thought them a perfect idea to spell out a happy birthday message. Half chocolate and half caramel with purple lettering on a white disc, they were delicious and went in a flash, leaving only a solitary 'R' which I consumed with relish.
